Once you are on the pavilion request form you will find a pavilion rental calendar to assist with scheduling the day that works for you. We ask that you have a second date in mind just in case of a conflict. We do attempt to keep the calendar as up to date as possible.

Rental Rates
Pavilion Rental
Includes exclusive use of the pavilion and 10 non-members. Any additional non-members over the included 10 are an extra $5 per non-member.

- 12:30pm-3:30pm
- 4:00pm -7:00pm
Off-Hour Pavilion Rental
Includes exclusive use of the pavilion and 30 non-members. Any additional non-members over the included 30 are an extra $5 per non-member.

- Times slots available are:
- 9am-11am - Weekends
- 8pm-10pm - Any evening except Wednesday
