Host Your Parties With Us!
Why get your house wet when we have: 2 acres of land, 4 pools totaling over 250,000 gallons of water, a basket ball court, changing/restrooms, a parking lot for over 100 cars and a concession stand on site! Our approximately 1,500sq. ft. pavilion is great for birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, retirement parties, baby showers, or whatever your reason is to get together.
This perk is available to all members and includes the guest fees for attendees who are not members (see pricing below).
Reservations for the pavilion cannot be done online — anyone interested in renting the pavilion, please email us.
Registration for the pavilion rental will open after March 1st, 2022.

Pavilion Rental
Includes exclusive use of the pavilion and 25 people. All non-members over the 25 limit are $5 per attendee.

- Time slots available are:
- 12:30pm-3:30pm
- 4:00pm -7:00pm
Off-Hour Pavilion Rental
Includes 40 people and exclusive use of the complex. All attendees over the 40 limit are $5 per attendee, non-members and members.

- Times slots available are:
- 9am-11am - Weekends
- 8pm-10pm - Any evening except Wednesday
